Trainings are:

- Resources
- SCORM courses
which are available in your academy.
These trainings are associated with your academy when you add them to one of your Collections, Certifications, or Paths, or place them on one of your Custom Pages.
Registrations are the records of a Contact enrolling in (or being assigned) Trainings.
- Notably, Registrations aren't directly associated with Paths or Certifications, although users have Registration for the Trainings within them.
- Example: Emily enrolls in a Certification which contains 2 Guides and 1 SCORM. She completes all of this content. She will have 3 Registrations in Get all Registrations for a Contact, one for each of those 3 Trainings. As soon as she begins the certification, you'll find the record of her progress in the Certification in Get all Certifications for a Contact.
In this API documentation, we are using the term Enrollments to name the relationship between a Contact and a Path or Certification. A Contact gets an Enrollment for a Path or Certification when they have begun to take its Trainings.
