Improvements to User related APIs

We've made improvements to multiple APIs to utilize existing user data, see below for the changes:
[GET] Get All Users - Now able to search by a user's custom attributes and name
[GET] Get All Users (Academies) - Now able to search by a user's name, email, status of their registration, and their custom registration fields.
[POST] Update User - Now supports updating a user's custom attribute.
[POST] Create Guide Assignment - Now supports guide assigning by email
[POST] Create Path Assignment - Now supports path assigning by email
